Allocate Program Credits for Online Retail

To allocate Program Credits for use solely on the Girl Scouts Official Online Store, a parent or guardian must submit this completed form.

In order to allocate 2025 Program Credits before they expire on March 31, 2026, this form will need to be filled out no later than March 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Please allow us 4-5 weeks to facilitate the transfer to GSUSA.

I understand by submitting this form, my daughter's Program Credits can only be used online at the Girl Scout Retail store. This is a permanent change and may not be transferred back to GSGWM Program Credits.
