I understand that the SPCA ANIMAL RESCUE has the right to deny my request to adopt an animal and the SPCA Animal Rescue reserves the right to hold in confidence any information concerning decisions about my application.

    I understand that as part of the follow-up program, the SPCA AR can phone or visit me to see how the pet is doing. At any time, an SPCA Animal Rescue may assess the adopted animal and living conditions and retake possession of the adopted animal if they think the situation is unsatisfactory.
