ACC NSW & ACT State Conference 2023

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (please read carefully):

Conference dates: The NSW & ACT ACC State Conference will be held from Monday 9 October to Thursday 12 October 2023
Conference location: Panthers, 1 Bay Street, Port Macquarie, NSW 2444 www.panthers.com.au
Call times: Each department will have specific call times provided by your department head. The volunteer Rally will be held at 2pm on Monday. Further call time information will be provided closer to conference. Volunteers should plan for a late finish on Thursday evening to assist with pack down.
Uniform: Each department will have their own uniform requirements. One volunteer t'shirt will be given to each volunteer for the week, laundry facilities will be available in your apartment.
Car pooling: Those who travel to and from conference with 3 or more registered volunteers in their car will be reimbursed 1 tank of fuel (receipt to be provided); to help with travel costs.
Accommodation: is provided for you at the Beachside Holiday Apartments . Linen, pillows and towels are provided. Each room is equipped with a small kitchen and laundry. WIFI is available. Please note that rooms/apartments are shared with other volunteers.
Meals: Lunch & Dinner is provided beginning with dinner on your first day of volunteering. Light snacks are provided in the volunteer room throughout the days you are serving.
