    This is to certify that I have read and understand the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Poway Rodeo Volunteers, and if selected as a member, I agree to adhere to, and be bound by them.

  • If you are selected as an Associate Member, the Bylaws require that you serve in that capacity for one rodeo season. Associates Members, who have successfully served as an Associate Member through one rodeo season, will be recommended to become an Active Member of the Poway Rodeo Volunteers.  Per the Committee Bylaws, the Rodeo Committee volunteers vote to determine which Associate Members will become Active Members at the Committee’s Annual Business Meeting.  The Annual Business Meeting is held the fourth Monday of February.
