This is the RV event of the season! NIRVC is excited to create a new VIP shopping experience for our valued customers. Join us at our Music City Motorhome Expo VIP Experience Tuesday, June 4th through Friday, June 7th, and get exclusive early access to 2025 models from brands like Newmar, Entegra Coach, Fleetwood RV, American Coach, Jayco, Winnebago, Holiday Rambler, Grech RV, Pleasure Way RV and more!

The NIRVC Music City Motorhome Expo VIP Experience is $1,495 per couple and covers three (3) nights, four (4) days of camping, all education seminars, evening happy hours, dinners, event entertainment, most meals and more!

Day passes are also available for $495 per person and covers meals, entertainment and education for one day.

If you purchase a coach during the event or up to a full year after the event ends, you will be able to take the full amount of the registration fee (either $1,495 or $495) off the cost of your new coach at any NIRVC location.

REFUND POLICY

A $49 processing fee will be apply to all refunds. 100% of the purchase price will be refunded if cancellation notice is given 12 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 75% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 8 and 6 weeks prior to the start of the event. A 25% refund will be given if cancellation notice is given between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the start of the event. All cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the start of the event will NOT be refunded.
