  • Welcome to the 2026 Music City Motorhome Expo VIP Experience hosted by National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), a one-of-a-kind experience for those RV enthusiasts looking for a unique purchasing opportunity. A place to learn about and test drive all the latest offerings produced by the RV Industry. Both new and experienced RVers will be fed, entertained, educated and delighted with a one of a kind way to purchase the motorized RV of their dreams. Registration fees cover guests’ overnight camping (electric/water hook-ups with honey wagon accessibility) and may be applied to the purchase of a new motorhome at the event. All education seminars, evening happy hours, dinners, event entertainment and most meals are included with registration.

    Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list NIRVC, 498 E. State Highway 121, Lewisville, TX 75057, and include Wilson County Fairgrounds & Events Center, Lebanon, TN May 27, 2026 - June 5, 2026, in the description of Operations.

    Each manufacturer must have enough personnel on hand to cover their aloted amount of exhibit space. 

    Seminars
    Manufacturers commit to providing one (1) seminar on their new product line(s).  Seminars will be conducted coach side in the Farm Bureau Expo Center.

  • Attendee Information

    Information will be used for badges (if you require additional badges please list names in the section located toward the bottom on the page). Please limit the number of changes to your staff 30 days prior to show dates. All changes to staff for purposes of badges must be submitted via email to clasley@nirvc.com. Only those staff members employed by the manufacturer are permitted to attend the Expo. No contract workers, independant suppliers, etc. will be granted access without express permission of show organizers.
  • Event Details

  • Exhibit Space:

    • The amount of exhibit space will be determined by how many units are built/delivered and ready in time to be displayed at the Expo.
    • A map/lay-out of the exhibit space will be provided to you for planning purposes as we get closer to the Expo and when finalized units have been determined.
    • We ask that all completed units are delivered to the Lebanon, TN location to be PDI'd prior to delivery at the Expo.  The NIRVC team will move units from the NIRVC location to the Expo and place them within the display according to the lay-out.
    • NIRVC will provide 30amp electric to the stationary display coach's, and 50amp to all those units being test driven.  NIRVC will further have all units washed, both inside and out prior to being displayed and will provide maintenance of units during the entirety of the show.
