    Saturdays are not available from 9 AM - 2:30 PM due to Memorial Village Farmers Market. This application covers building use only. There is a $75 deposit for minimal use of the kitchen made payable to FCC per Hospitality. Please request Reception Application for additional services and fees.

  • WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    I will be attending and participating in the above event on the property of First Congregational Church of Houston, 10840 Beinhorn, Houston, TX 77024 on the above date(s). I understand that I do so at my own risk. In exchange for being permitted to attend and/or participate in activities, I hereby release and waive First Congregational Church of Houston or any entities affiliated with the foregoing from liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to me, or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my attending or participation in any activity. I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the released Parties from and for any sums, costs, or expenses incurred by any of the Released parties or paid by them to any person (including me or my insurers) in connection with any accident loss, damage or injury sustained by me or others in connection with my attendance at or participation in the above described activity. This means that I will reimburse the Released parties if anyone makes a claim against them based on damages or injuries I may suffer. I confirm that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older.

    Note: Normal hours of operations are 9 AM to 9 PM. Any requests out of this timeframe may be denied. All fees must be paid in full 24 hours before event. Saturdays are not available from 9 AM - 2:30 PM due to Memorial Village Farmers Market. 
  • Clergy and Musician(s)

    FCC Houston requires that you engage clergy and musicians who are associated with our church. Below is the list of fees for each. Payment for the following services should be made out to each individual. Please select as many as you prefer.

  • Facility Guidelines & Submit

    Once this form has been submitted, we will be in touch via email to verify your information and ask any questions we may have and to discuss any costs associated with the memorial/funeral. It will then go into a review process before it is approved and placed on the church calendar. Submitting this form does not automatically place your event on our calendar.
