Entity Selection:

Limited Liability Company (LLC) - $275 (Most common choice for entrepreneurs)
This service includes the formation of an LLC, which offers limited liability protection to its members, as well as the creation of an LLC Operating Agreement that outlines the structure and operations of the company. We also obtain your company Employer Identification Number and complete the required Beneficial Ownership Report from FinCEN. The fee does not include the required fee to be paid to the State.

C-Corporation - $300
This service includes the formation of a C-Corporation, which provides limited liability protection to its shareholders and allows for the issuing of stock. The fee includes the creation of Corporate Bylaws and the appointment of a Board of Directors. We also obtain your company Employer Identification Number and complete the required Beneficial Ownership Report from FinCEN. The fee does not include the required fee to be paid to the State.

S-Corporation Election - $300
This service is for businesses that want to elect S-Corporation tax treatment, which allows the company to avoid double taxation by passing corporate income, losses, deductions, and credits through to shareholders. The fee includes the preparation and filing of necessary paperwork for the S-Corp Election, as well as an Operating Agreement. We also obtain your company Employer Identification Number and complete the required Beneficial Ownership Report from FinCEN. The fee does not include the required fee to be paid to the State.

Partnership - $275
This service includes the formation of a general partnership, which is a flexible business entity that allows partners to share in the management and profits of the business. The fee includes the creation of a Partnership Operating Agreement that outlines the rights and responsibilities of the partners. We also obtain your company Employer Identification Number and complete the required Beneficial Ownership Report from FinCEN. The fee does not include the required fee to be paid to the State.

Add-On Service

Virtual Office Facilitation & Setup - $200 Our service expertly locates and sets up a virtual office in Florida for your business, matching your specific needs. While we handle the initial setup, clients are responsible for the direct monthly payment of the virtual office rent to the provider.
