By accepting this Agreement, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information. CANCELLATION Sylvia Sees Me requires a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Rescheduling or cancellation will result in loss of payment. Sylvia Sees Me reserves the right to cancel your appointment outside our 24 hours cancellation policy at any time without notice at which point a full refund will be given.
