    Alumni Volunteers Make an Impact

  • Welcome to the Alumni Mentor Scheduler.
    We're thrilled to have you on board! Meet a Mentor is 100% a virtual zoom-based meeting program. Our office uses a Calendly app integrated with Zoom to assist us with managing over 100 mentoring appointments each semester! This also allows you to customize your office hours to your select availability. Mentoring hours do not overlap with multiple mentors so that we can help you if you require technical assistance.  

    ACCEPT THE CALENDAR INVITES. AVOID MESSAGES GOING TO SPAM
    Past mentors have told us that our messages were sent to their junk folders. We can avoid confusion by accepting calendar invites sent from alumnimentor2@newschool.edu. To take another step further, please adjust your email settings to accept messages from alumnimentor@newschool.edu and alumnimentor2@newschool.edu.

    NOW LET'S SCHEDULE YOUR CUSTOM ONLINE OFFICE HOURS!

  • Because you are a pro and because you feel confident that you can take on more than three 2-hour blocks, we will allow you to schedule up to five two-hour blocks.

  • For each of the Calendly App blocks below, please choose an available time slot. You'll then be asked for your name, email, and optional phone to text you reminders.

  • After you've filled out the Calendly blocks for your virtual office hours, check your inbox and calendar to confirm your hours were received. After that you should be all set! We'll notify you with updated calendar invites as soon as students and new grads sign up!

    Our automated system uses alumnimentor2@newschool.edu and our human teammates use alumnimentor@newschool.edu. Be sure to accept messages from us!
