CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must give at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid any fees.
100% of service cost will be charged if less than 24 hour notice.
Clients will not be rescheduled until cancellation fees are paid.
LATE POLICY
Due to the busyness of Alexa’s schedule, when a client is more than 15 minutes late, unless otherwise communicated you will either forfeit part of your appointment (cut, styling etc) or forfeit your appointment time and pay appointment cost in full. You will not be rescheduled until service cost is paid in full.
NO SHOW POLICY
Any client that no call no shows will be charged 100% of service cost and will not be rescheduled until full service cost is paid. After 2 times the client will no longer be able to schedule at The Loft.
DEPOSIT POLICY
All new clients will be required to put a $100 deposit down at the time of booking. It will go towards their service on the day of the appointment.
If you cancel/reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be non refundable and non transferable.
NO CHILDREN POLICY
As much as i love all my clients little babes, i ask that you leave them at home for your appointment. There are steep stairs, cactus plants, hot tools and other non kid friendly things in the salon.
