    RSFC Reimbursement/Check Request


    Please submit one and only one reimbursement/check request per form.

    • Coach license

      This is for volunteer coaches requesting reimbursement for any coaching license or training (coaching clinics, seminars, conferences, etc). Coach training must be pre-approved by the RSFC board before requesting reimbursement.

      Policy

      • All coaches must be registered directly with the WI Youth Soccer Association, and have completed the background check - Risk Management Program.
      • Coaches must meet the minimum licensing requirements dictated by the State which vary by age and competition level.
      • Coach licensing fees are reimbursed by RSFC after completing the licensing class.
      • A coach must send a copy of the certificate of completion of the class to the RSFC treasurer.
      • RSFC will offer coach training in addition to the required training and licensing dictated by the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association ("WYSA" or "State").
      • Coaching clinic registration fees will be reimbursed by RSFC.
      • Coaches should annually review coaching resources as provided on the club website and other web resources.
    • Coach training

      This is for volunteer coaches requesting reimbursement for coaching clinics, seminars, conferences and other training events.  Coaching training must be pre-approved by the RSFC board before requesting reimbursement.

      Policy

      • RSFC will offer coach training in addition to the required training and licensing dictated by the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association ("WYSA" or "State").
      • Coaching clinic registration fees will be reimbursed by RSFC.
      • Coaches must attend preseason coach meetings to be apprised of game and league rule changes, game day requirements, and score posting.
      • Coaches should annually review coaching resources as provided on the club web site and other web resources.
    • Tournament

      This is for teams requesting reimbursement for one tournament. 

      Policy

      • RSFC reimburses each classic team up to a total of $600 annually for tournament fees.
      • For RSFC sponsored tournaments registration fees are waived, therefore there is no need to request a reimbursement.
      • The following documents are needed to request reimbursement:
        • Proof of payment - copy of the check
        • Registration - receipt confirmation from tournament or game schedule
    • Referee

      This is for referees requesting payment for a game they showed up for but it was cancelled or not played for other reason.

      This is also for coaches requesting money to cover for referee fees to play league games.

    • Registration refund

      This is for parents/guardians requesting a refund of the registration for one or more players

      This is for club trainers requesting payment for training services provided during the season.

      An approved invoice must be submitted with this request, approval via email is acceptable.
