Submitting this form does not confirm your order. We’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours via your preferred contact method to review details, confirm availability, and answer any questions. All custom orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Once your order details are confirmed and accepted, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. This deposit secures your requested pickup or delivery date on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders are not prepared until full payment is received, and missed payment deadlines will result in cancellation.
After your quote and order are confirmed, you’ll receive a payment link for the deposit, followed by a second link 7 days before pickup or delivery to complete the remaining balance. Failure to complete either payment will result in immediate cancellation.
Once your order has left our care, Sara Ilise Sweets is not responsible for its condition. Refunds are not available for damage that occurs after pickup or delivery. We’re happy to provide care and transport instructions to help ensure your treats arrive safely.
All products are created in our baker’s unique style. While we love working from inspiration photos and special requests, we do not recreate another artist’s work. Please note that changes cannot be made within 7 days of your scheduled pickup or delivery date. For quality assurance, all orders are photographed before leaving the care of Sara Ilise Sweets.
