I acknowledge that my child, as a camper, will be expected to adhere to all rules of conduct the Camp has. I am aware of my financial obligation towards the Camp and will IY”H, make sure to pay in full before camp begins. By signing below I authorize the Camp to take full responsibility of my daughter, including of any health problems.
