Bears Around the World

The camp out fee is $99, and includes a Friday evening meal, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday morning breakfast. There is limited space available in the bunkhouse. Electrical hookup is available at most tent and RV sites; parking for popup campers and RVs is $25 for the weekend.

Queen bed is $50 (flat rate not per person) and Twin bed is $25. If you plan to share the Queen bed, you do NOT need to select a bed on the registration form for the other person. Select the bed you want from the list below. Beds will show "unavailable" if already taken.

There are a total of 10 slots available to RVs. All have electric available, a few have water, and none have sewer. All spots are back in, none are pull through.

I certify I am at least 21 years of age, and that I will abide by the rules and regulations of the Trinity River Bears and the Texas Conference of Clubs pertaining to Bears Around the World - Feast in the Woods 2022 and its related activities. I understand that photos may be taken during A Feast in the Woods - Bears Around the World and that it is my responsibility to notify the photographer(s) if I do not desire to have my photo(s) made public, otherwise a photo release is hereby granted. I also agree that all activities will be entered into in a safe, sane, and consensual manner. I further certify that I, my heirs, and assigns voluntarily release the Trinity River Bears, its officers, members, and guests, and the Texas Conference of Clubs, its officers, members, and guests, for any loss or injury to my person or property (intentional or otherwise) during the weekend of November 3, 4 & 5, 2023. I agree not to bring pets*, firearms or any kind of illegal substance to the camp site or activities, and agree that a violation of the terms of this agreement will constitute grounds for expulsion from A Feast in the Woods - Bears Around the World and the property without recourse. The Trinity River Bears reserve the right to refuse any application. * TCC Members with Pet Permits may bring pets as outlined in the TCC Pet Policy.
