* Trips typically require walking to reach most sites. The ground is often uneven and steps or walking uphill/downhill. This trip is less strenous than our other tours, but being on your feet most of the day with 15-30 minute walks multiple times a day is expected.

By submitting this form, you will be entered into the group that is signed up to go on the Kansas City Africa Christian Fellowship Israel Tour. This will reserve a seat on the tour for you. However, your seat isn't confirmed until initial deposit of $500 is recieved.

 

You will receive email notification of next steps when this form is received and processed.

Terms & Conditions:

 

Total Land Only Price: $2,950.00 Per Person 

• All expenses of the trip, including all passes, tips, and entrance fees.
• Deluxe motoring coach
• Quality hotels and rooms
• Includes breakfast and dinner for all in Israel touring days.  

The only additional costs will be lunches, special drings, portage, and tips for meals/housekeeping.

There will be 9 1/2 days of touring days.

Payment:  All payments will be accepted in the form of check, money order, or debit/credit card.  Personal checks must be received by the payment schedule due date.  Personal checks will not be accepted within 30 days of departure.  

If paying by debit/credit card, an additional $90 will be added to total trip cost to cover credit card processing fees.

Payment Schedule:

• $500 per person deposit due upon submission of this form.
• $1,500 due by December 6th, 2024
• Total Balance remaining due by February 7th, 2025*.

Expected Average Airfare Cost:  from Kansas City to Tel Aviv are about $1,200.  Chicago is $975 and NYC is $911 

 

Cancellation / Refunds:

Full Refund less $200 for cancellations after deposit and before Feb 7th, 2025.  If you cancel after February 7th, 2025, all payment are non-refundable, including deposits or other costs.  Travel Insurance is recommended as protection for cancellations due to medical reasons (illness or injury).  Tour participation is non-transferable.  Names cannot be change on tour rosters.  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in order to protect your tour package investment.  Please read details below under Travel Insurance

 

Travel Documents:

Each traveler is solely responsible for carrying a valid passport and ascertaining knowledge of current entry/exit requiremnts for all countries on this itinerary.  U.S. Passports MUST be valid for at least six (6) months after the return date of the tour.  Being a Disciple LLC will not be held responsible for a passenger's lack of current and valid entry documents (ie., passport, visa, or vaccine requirements)

 

Land Only Package:

The Land Only package price is $2950.00 per person sharing a twin room.  The Land Only package does not include any portion of the travelers airfare.  It is the travelers responsibility to book all flight segments indedpendently.  If you purchase your own airline transportation and the group does not materialize or you cancel for any reason, Being a Disciple LLC will not be held responsible for the cost of your airfare.

 

Single Occupany Supplement:

The package price is based on double occupancy (Two Twin beds).  Married couples may request a double bed which is subject to availability.  Single rooms may be requested at time of booking.  Single rooms are limited, subject to confirmation, may be smaller, and located apart from the room blocks.  If a single room is confirmed, an additional charge of $1,100.00 will be apply.  

 

Meals Included:  Breakfast and Dinner daily are included.  The tour may stop for lunches if time and locations permit.  Each traveller will be responsible for covering their lunch cost during these stops.  It is suggested that travellers bring snacks (energy bars, granola, jerky and etc) to provide added energy throughout the day.

 

Gratuities & Service Charges:

All tips for driver, and guide is covered in the tour package.  All service charges and local taxes as imposed by hotels are included in the program rate.  However, any kind of tips for portage, wait staff, housekeeping or meals are not covered.  

 

Physical Health Advisory:

Passengers must be medically and physically fit for travel and ensure that such traveling will not endanger themselves or others.  Most Israel tours include a lot of walking, stairs, hills, cobblestone roads, and dirt trails.  Tour buses are not equpped with wheelchair ramps or limited ability assistance. 

 

Photo Release:

I grant Being a Disciple LLC permission to use photos and/or videos, taken on this tour, in which I appear.  I understand such images may be used in print/online publications, presentations, websites, social media and advertising.  I consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages.

 

Travel Insurance:

It is strongly remcommended that all participants purchase insurance when they travel since Being a Disciple is not resposnible for non-refundable payments, damaged luggage, or trip interruption.  Being a Disciple tours recommends "Travel Guard" trip insurance.  Please contact https://travelguard.com for rates and information.  By embarking on this trip, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks invovled with such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  The traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for them.  Being a Disciple LLC does not accept responsibility or liability for minors traveling on the tour.
