The migration process may take up to 4 hours during Holistics' Official Support Hours, Mondays to Thursdays. We will reach out to you to discuss your preferred migration timeslot. Once the migration timeslot is confirmed, inform your users that Holistics will not be available during this time.
Our official support hours are:
9AM - 6PM (UTC+8, Singapore Time), or
6PM - 3AM (UTC-7, Pacific Time)
9PM - 6AM (UTC-4, Eastern Time)
1AM - 10AM (UTC)
Excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.
