  • I have read the 4.0 migration doc and understand the implications of moving to Holistics 4.0.*
  • The migration is only available for accounts that are on Holistics 3.0. Please refer to this doc on how to check your Holistics Version.

  • I am currently on Holistics Version 3.0, and not on older versions of Holistics (2.0, 2.5, 2.7).*
  • Holistics 3.0 and 4.0 have significant architectural differences. Please refer to this doc for the Feature Comparisons between the two platforms.

  • I am aware of the differences between Holistics 3.0 and 4.0, and that Holistics 4.0 does not fully support some Holistics 3.0 features, like ETL (data import) models. Holistics 4.0 will only support (i) table models and (ii) transform/query data models.*
  • The following 4.0 Features are opt-in. Please select the 4.0 features that you are interested in:
  • I have migrated or removed all my data import operations from Holistics 3.0, and understand they will no longer be available (or recoverable) after this migration is complete.*
  • Holistics 4.0 is only available for customers on the latest Holistics pricing plan.

  • The migration process may take up to 4 hours during Holistics' Official Support Hours, Mondays to Thursdays. We will reach out to you to discuss your preferred migration timeslot. Once the migration timeslot is confirmed, inform your users that Holistics will not be available during this time.

     

    Our official support hours are:

    9AM - 6PM (UTC+8, Singapore Time), or
    6PM - 3AM (UTC-7, Pacific Time)
    9PM - 6AM (UTC-4, Eastern Time)
    1AM - 10AM (UTC)
    Excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.
