FEES

Junior Holiday & Junior Performance

$55 per day

$250 for 5-day package

$475 for 10-day package (Additional days $45)

 

10s & 12s Performance

$60 per day (17 & 18 December)

$115 per day 

$575 for 5-day package 

$995 for 10-day package 

 

To receive package fees, you must indicate and choose dates on the one form. They apply only to each program and cannot be mixed. 

Enrolment                                                                                                                      

All new enrolments into any program must complete an enrolment form. Re-enrolment will automatically take place for the following Term unless otherwise notified prior to the end of the Term. 

Payment 

Payment must be made at the start of the Term or as indicated on the received invoice. If full payment is not received by the end of the first lesson or requested date, ML Tennis reserves the right to suspend further lessons until such payment is made. 

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a session, 24 hours notice must be given to your respective ML Tennis coach and a make-up lesson will be arranged. If notice is not given, there will be no make-up lesson and payment for that particular lesson will be forfeited. Exceptions can be made in unforeseen and exceptional circumstances on the day at the discretion of ML Tennis.   

Weather

Lessons may be cancelled in the event of rain or extreme heat. In the event of rain, a decision will be made as close to the lesson start time as possible, unless the weather is such that a decision can be made earlier. All notifications will be made via SMS. When the temperature is 37 degrees or above, ML Tennis' heat policy will be enforced and lessons will be suspended until the temperature drops. If you are not contacted, always assume the lesson will go ahead as planned. If lessons are cancelled, a make-up lesson will be arranged. ML Tennis will be the determinant of whether lessons go ahead in any weather circumstances. 

Make-up lessons

All make-up lessons will be arranged during the coaching term or School Holiday period. In the event, that it is not possible due to extenuating circumstances a credit may be issued at the discretion of ML Tennis. It is the client's responsibility to contact ML tennis and organise a make up lesson. 

Photos and Videos

Photographs and videos may be taken during lessons and events conducted by ML Tennis. It is acknowledged that these images and videos may be used for marketing and promotion including our website, social media and marketing material. If you have any objections to you or your child's photos or video being used, please notify us. 

Behaviour

In the event that we consider that the behaviour of you or your child is disruptive, inappropriate, consistently negligent or likely to bring us or any of our services into disrepute, we reserve the right to exclude you or your child from any ML Tennis activities. This extends to putting other children, customers or ML Tennis staff in danger. 

 

Your privacy is important to us. The data collected from you will not be sold, changed, transferred, or given to any third parties for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to enquiries, and/or other requests and questions.
