The information below is collected in compliance with government and foundation funding data-collection requirements. It is completely optional for you to submit and will be used only for grant reporting and statistical purposes. It is not viewed or used as a part of the audition or selection process.

May Festival Audition Time Availability Instructions

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for the 2025/2026 May Festival season!

Please carefully read the following instructions before selecting your audition appointment time:

1. Review the Calendar: Below is the calendar displaying our audition time availability. Auditions will be held August 7-10, 2025.
2. Select Your Preferred Date: Choose the date that works best for you from the available options.
3. Choose Your Preferred Time Slot: Once you've selected your preferred date, please choose the hour time block that best fits your schedule. You will later be assigned a specific 10-minute slot within that hour time block.
4. Submit Your Request: After selecting your preferred date and time slot, submit your audition request form.
5. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting this form AND a personal follow up email with your specific time and further details. 

Please Note:

• Audition slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time slot, please understand that it may not always be possible due to scheduling constraints.
• If you have any special scheduling requests or accommodations, please include them in the designated section of the form.
