Gymnastics Assessments:

If your child is new to Tumbles and has previously had gymnastics lessons with another gymnastics club, a free assessment ensures your child is placed in the right class for their gymnastics ability. You can be assessed at any venue and book any venue.

If your child cannot yet complete the following skiils please book a Stage 1 Beginner Class:
- Forward roll
- Handstand
- Backward roll
- Cartwheel
- Bridge
- Jump to front support - Forward circle down (Bars)

What happens at an assessment?The assessment runs for 10 minutes maximum and is simply a way to gauge a gymnast's ability and technique across a range of skills.

Why do we run an assessment?Tumbles programmes are skill based and are designed to continually advance gymnasts. This means, two gymnasts of the same age could have very different abilities and be at different levels.

When do we run assessments?
Tuesday 4:30pm - Lowton Venue (Gymnastics and Tumbling)
Thursday 4:30pm - Wigan Venue - (Gymnastics)
