2023 Application for Boards and Commissions
This form will be used for City Council to elect citizens to Boards and Commissions. Applications must be received in the City Clerk’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023.

Late applications will not be considered. Applications may be completed via this form online, emailed to bhickman@oakridgetn.gov or dropped off in person to the City Clerk’s office at 200 S. Tulane Avenue.
