Before submitting your Inquiry Form, please note the following:

Our soft play equipment and bounce houses are appropriate and designated strictly for crawlers and toddlers 0-5 year old;
All soft play packages are a 4-hour rental excluding the 3-hour bumper car rental. (Additional cost for additional time);
Absolutely no face paint, glitter, slime, chalk, crayons or markers, bubbles etc. are allowed anywhere near the equipment;
No food or beverages of any kind is allowed in the play area;
Every person that enters the play area is required to remove their shoes and wear socks;
We require a nonrefundable $50 reservation fee, a 50% deposit and a signed contract upon booking in order to secure your date and time slot. The said deposit goes towards the total balance, which is due 7 days prior to event. (Reservation fee can be used to reserve date and time slot for 7 days if deposit isn't paid at booking. If deposit is paid on the 8th day or any day after, you will be charged another reservation fee).

Anything that can cause temporary or permanent damage to our equipment, that requires excessive cleaning and/or that can affect future event (s) equipment rental. All ball pit balls must remain in the playset area. Please do not allow children to take balls outside of playset area. If balls are missing from the playset area, this is a loss for Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC. Upon inspection, the deposit will be returned immediately in cash if paid prior to beginning of your party or within 24 hours electronically

There is a MANDATORY but refundable $150 damage/excessive cleaning deposit. This deposit is separate from total rental cost. It will be refunded to you IN FULL within 24 hours of your event completion, if our equipment is free from the following:

Paint
Glitter
Slime
Heel holes
Sand
Crayons
Markers
Pencil Marks
Cake
Food
Liquids
Sharp Punctures

Seven (7) days before your event you will be charged a refundable $150 damage/excessive cleaning deposit to be returned to you within 24 hours of party completion. (DEC deposit is not included with total rental cost). We offer multiple payment options for the damage/excessive cleaning deposit, including credit card, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
