*Note: These are optional and not included in the cost of the training course. We do not process these additional costs to take the exams. PPA Certification Exam fees are paid directly to the PPA. Attendees must register for these exams through the PPA website and pay them directly in order to take the tests and become certified.

Special Instructions when registering through the PPA to take your exam:

On their Checkout Page under ORDER NOTES, please add, "I'm taking the PPA Course through Procedure Solutions Management."
Then, forward a copy of your payment receipt for your PPA Certification Exam to training@proceduresolutionsmgmt.com, so that we can coordinate and finalize your examination results.

Online courses are taught by a live instructor over digital meeting software.

For this experience you will need:

-Computer with webcam & microphone

-Ability to install conferencing software

-Solid internet connection

Once you have registered, you will be given access to the online portal where you can:

-Begin course preparation

-Access course materials

-Attend pre-course technology checks to ensure class time is streamlined

Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your registration for a refund up to seven (7) days before the first day of the class, but this refund will be subject to a 7% cancellation fee. Cancellations requested less than seven (7) days before the first day of the class may not receive a refund, but you may request to take the class on a different date. There will be absolutely no refunds once the course has started. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.*
