In the video message below, Hitendra discusses the three purposes of coming together at Mentora: deep work, deep connection, and deep impact. He emphasizes the importance of developing a fellowship with fellow truth-seekers who are invested in your growth. He also explains how Mentora will support members through Mentora-guided growth opportunities and a personally directed path. The video highlights the commitment of two hours per month for Mentora-guided learning and the opportunity to engage in personal learning at your own pace. Action is requested from viewers to actively participate in Growth Partner Circle meetings and embrace the learning journey.

1. I consider myself a truth-seeker committed to self-discovery, lifelong growth, and the pursuit of a purpose-driven life. I have prior experience and/or understanding of Hitendra/Mentora’s approach to Leadership and Life. I have attended a class, an event, read Hitendra’s book Inner Mastery, Outer Impact, or have been otherwise connected to Mentora’s ecosystem. My desire for personal development is aligned with this inside-out approach.
2. I acknowledge this may ask for a minimum of 4-5 hours per month (including Growth Partner Circle meetings and the pre-work required) in addition to self-paced learning opportunities.
3. I want to contribute to a lifelong community of deep connection, learning, and changemaking.

Preferred Cohort*
Membership terms:
- All members make an annual commitment to Mentora LIFE. However, the Mentora LIFE experience is designed to unfold over many years time to support one’s growth–both personal and professional.
  - Annual fee: $3,950
  - On-boarding fee: $1,500
- The annual fee includes all program elements, with the exception of the Annual Gathering event and supplementary workshops, retreats, and guided travel we will offer over time.
- Our annual membership and one-time initiation fees are subject to revision from year to year.
- Mentora LIFE memberships automatically renew annually until terminated. If you no longer wish to renew your M.LIFE membership at any point, please contact mentoralife@mentora.institute at least 30 days prior to the end of your membership term.
- If financial concerns are a hindrance to your participation in Mentora LIFE, a limited number of Mentora LIFE scholarships are available. Please reach out to mentoralife@mentora.institute to learn more.
- The Mentora LIFE application process discerns fit with the Mentora LIFE mission to “forge a community of truth seekers united in their quest for material and spiritual advancement through self-discovery, lifelong growth, and the pursuit of a purpose-driven life.”
- Mentora LIFE is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming community for all, regardless of race, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, socioeconomic status, age, and religion. We aim to create a diverse community of individuals united in a shared quest for happiness, health, high performance, and harmony.
- Mentora LIFE members agree to participate in the community according to our shared framework, language, values, norms and commitments as outlined in the M.LIFE orientation and other documents we will share over time. The Mentora LIFE team has sole discretion to terminate memberships for reasons that violate any such policies.
