Returning to Philadelphia, this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better than previous years. With over 1,500 attendees expected, it’s the perfect platform to showcase your research through a poster presentation and connect with leaders from across the biotech industry.
Poster applications will be looked through on a first come first served basis and the first 150 that fit the criteria will be selected.
All applicants MUST already be registered for the congress and make sure all questions to the application form are answered accurately.
When creating your poster, please ensure that you limit the poster size to A0 portrait orientation (118.9cm x 84.1cm). We are unable to accommodate horizontal posters. Please note we will not print your poster; you will need to bring a printed copy on arrival to the event.
A couple of notes on the Poster Session:
• You will need to bring your poster with you to the conference as there will be no printing facilities available
• The Congress organizers will provide materials for mounting posters - power sources are not available
There will be an interactive poster session on our Day 1 morning networking break where you will have the opportunity to explain and discuss your poster with attendees during the morning networking break.
