HOST agrees that it will provide the general requirements of FACILITIES outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements ( Press Box, Scoreboards, Public Address System, Hospitality Room, Parking, Athletic Training Facilities, Inclement Weather / Lightning Detection)
HOST agrees the following facility requirements for Bowling: - ADA Compliant - No tobacco use at NJCAA event - Public Address and Sound System - Athletic Training Facilities - Hospitality room for coaches, officials and VIPs- Press Box / Table area (dedicated covered area for scoreboard operator, statistician, media, etc.) - Concessions and Souvenir sales area - Ticket Office / Gate Entry-NJCAA Bowling Championship is to be conducted at a facility that features a minimum of 40 bowling lanes. Facility must also be United States Bowling Congress certified. - Minimum of two (2) uniformed security guards throughout the tournament- Dedicated hard wire internet and access to power for NJCAA network broadcasting- Designated seating area for teams/competitors when not competing- Designated warm up area for teams
All NJCAA Championship Hosts must adhere and follow all policies of the NJCAA Logo Use & Style Guide. As well as what is outlined in the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements
HOST agrees that it is responsible for providing knowledgeable staff to record official statistics for the entire championship. Statistics are to be recorded for each game/event of the championship and provided to the NCAA immediately following the conclusion of each contest/round of competition. The name(s) and contact information for the individual(s) keeping statistics for the event must be provided to the NJCAA at least thirty days prior to the start of the event.
HOST of the Bowling Championship is required to record game statistics via PrestoSports Stat Entry, live StatCrew entry via PrestoSports, or another live scoring method approved by the NJCAA National Office. The XML files for each game are to be sent to the NJCAA following the conclusion of each game. PrestoSports Stat Entry is available to all tournament hosts of these sports at no cost. Potential HOST agrees and acknowledges that they have read and reviewed the NJCAA Championship Host Manual & Requirements as well as the NJCAA Bowling Sport Specific Requirements and will comply follow all guidelines and requirements outlined in these documents.
