IMPORTANT:

- In case of any delay on the day of your flight, please let us know.

- The total value of your transfer package must be paid at the end of the first service. If extra services are required, they can be paid at the end of each transfer.

- The drivers will always be on time for your pick-up, when the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes an extra $20 will be charged, if the waiting time exceeds 40 minutes an extra $40 will be charged. (This does not apply to AIRPORT - HOTEL services, where the driver will wait the time required to start the service).

- Stops in supermarkets are contracted by the hour, in the 61st minute of waiting the second stop hour begins to count.

- Services performed between 10:00pm and 07:00am will have a surcharge of $20.

- Payment can be made in $ cash, debit or credit cards and electronic transfers (Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal). In the case of cards or transfers, 12% will be added to the amount for taxes.
