  • The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC) and Access Accelerator / Small Business Development Centre (SBDC) invite all persons interested in showcasing and selling products and services to register for their 2023 Trade Expo to be held on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 10 am – 8 pm at Crypto Isle, East Bay Street. 

    Please also be advised that the Trade Expo is only open to Local Companies.

    Business Licences are accepted but not mandatory.

          • Exhibitor Agreement

             

            The exhibitor hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions of this event. All exhibitors are to be set up one hour before the event start time. Registration fees are not refundable or transferable. The exhibitor will receive one 6' display table, one tablecloth, two chairs, and an identification sign. Please note that additional fees apply for electric supply. Registration also includes having your business featured in a Virtual Marketplace as well as in the Trade Expo Booklet and/or on the BCCEC, SBDC, and Bahamas Trade Information Portal websites and social media pages. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all debris accumulated during the rental of said booths. The organizers of the event and their staff will not be held responsible for any items damaged, destroyed, or left behind due to the exhibitor's negligence.
