- In 2025, each electrical pedestal will accommodate three (3) campers. Space should be available for approximately 42 campers.
- Camper spaces are available on a first come, first served basis for livestock exhibitors only. Once all spaces have been reserved, no more reservations will be accepted. Camper reservations will be assigned a camper space number. Campers must be located in their assigned space.
- No ATVS or Side by Sides are allowed on the premises.
- The fee for a camper space is $50.00 for the week and must be done online.
- No campers will be allowed before Saturday, September 13, 2025. All campers must be removed from the Fairgrounds by 3:00 pm Sunday, September 21, 2025.
- Due to an increase of camper spaces and overall limited space, each camper will be allowed parking space for ONE VEHICLE. Each camper reservation will receive ONE VEHICLE PASS. This pass must be displayed on the vehicle as instructed. Only one (1) vehicle with the required pass will be allowed to park at each camper space. All violators of this policy will have their vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
- No show animals will be allowed in the camper area.
- Reservations will be accepted beginning on Friday July 1st, 2025.
Any reservation request received before July 1st, 2025 will be denied.
