U.S.T.R. Mentor Interest Form

Welcome to our family,

The U.S.T.R. Fellowship exists to increase the number of B.I.P.O.C. therapists in the mental and behavioral health fields.

Each year, we will select 14 U.S.T.R. Fellows attending graduate schools at accredited colleges & universities in the U.S. Our fellows are exceptional second-year Master's & Doctoral-level students providing therapy, attending lectures, and engaging in community service projects.

As a volunteer, each selected mentor will be asked to provide the following: (1) Nine mentor sessions with a fellow during the fellowship and (2) Complete a short questionnaire after each session.
