    For the below selection - choose 1 or 2 options only. PLEASE NOTE: If you are only getting a quarter of a beast, please select only 1 option per cut.
  • Premium Steak Cuts

    PLEASE NOTE: If T-Bone is selected this is a combination of Porterhouse & Eye Fillet.
  • Sausages

    Plains Butchery's recommendation for the right amount of sausages to receive is 10% of your animals carcass weight made into sausages (example - 300kg beast 30kg of sausages). This is a good balance of lean trim going into mince and the fattier trim going into your sausages. If you would like more sausages you can, you will just receive less mince. If you want less sausages it means you end up with more mince with a slightly higher fat content. COST -Plains Butchery contributes towards the 1st 10kg of sausages made, the customer pays the rest at $6.00kg for plain beef sausages, other flavours are charged accordingly. The 10kg inclusion is not included in 1/4 or 1/3's. Note ** A pack of 6 sausages weighs approximately 500g**
