  • VARIETY OF MEAT CUTS AVAILABLE

    For the below selection - choose 1 or 2 options only. PLEASE NOTE: If you are only getting a quarter of a beast, please select only 1 option per cut.
  • Premium Steak Cuts

    PLEASE NOTE: If T-Bone is selected this is a combination of Porterhouse & Eye Fillet.
  • Sausages

    Included in the standard processing cost is - 15kg of sausages for 1 beast, 7.5kg for 1/2 beast, 3.75kg for 1/4 beast, 5kg for 1/3 beast. Anything over these amounts are an extra $6.00 per kg.
  • (only one flavour available if having less than 15kg, you can have up to 3 flavours with 20kg or more)

  • Declaration

    I declare that I am the owner of the animal described above and have been actively involved in the day to day maintenance of the animal including providing for the physical; and behavioural needs of the animal for at least 28 days. In the case of a recreational catch, I declare that this product is for use or consumption by me, my family or household members of the catcher's party.
