Each exhibitor will receive 6 badges and 2 parking discs, which will be valid for all 3 days of the Festival. Please complete the section below if you require any additional badges.

1. I hereby acknowledge that I have read all the Rules and Regulations and agree that my company and I accept this as a legal document (please refer to www.cheesefestival.co.za)
2. All applications received will be processed by the Exhibitor Committee.
3. Exhibitors will be notified within 10 days of the sitting of the committee whether the application for a stand has been successful.
4. An invoice, for 60% deposit, will be generated for successful applications for immediate payment.
5. No stands will be confirmed unless full payment has been received by 4 September 2023. In the case where we do not receive the proof of payment, the stand will be allocated to the next potential exhibitor.
