I understand that I am responsible for the popcorn machine and will be the person operating it or overseeing operation.
I agree to pick up the popcorn machine at the time specified.
I agree to return the machine at the time specified. If not returned by 12-noon on the day after event, I will be charged a $10 late fee for every day it is late.
I agree to keep the popcorn machine locked up if I have it checked out overnight.
I agree to pay for all damages that may occur while the machine is in my possession.
I agree to clean the popcorn machine with the provided cleaning materials or I will be charged a $25 cleaning fee. (See cleaning procedure on popcorn machine)
I will be charged for any pieces or supplies that are found missing.
I understand that my club/department will be JV'ed the total assessed amount after returning the popcorn machine. A copy of the JV will be emailed to the email on this agreement.
