    Women of Vision Scholarship

  • Mosaic of North Central Wisconsin is pleased to make available Women of Vision student scholarships for 2026. There will be at least three $1,000 scholarships awarded in conjunction with our Women of Vision luncheon on May 14th, 2026.


    Scholarships are available to women planning to attend a university, college, technical, or trade school during the 2026-2027 school year. These scholarships are open to graduating high school seniors, current higher education students, and nontraditional students in Lincoln, Marathon, and Portage counties.


    The scholarship will be paid directly to the school on proof of enrollment (Student ID# and Acceptance Letter).
    Applicants must agree to attend the recognition luncheon if selected or alternative virtual program. There will be a Meet and Greet pre-event in the few weeks before to meet past WOV Honorees. 

    Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following criteria to qualify for this award:

     - A graduating high school senior, current higher education student, or a nontraditional student in Lincoln, Marathon, and Portage counties;

     - Have not previously been a recipient of a Women of Vision scholarship.

     - Complete a narrative of no more than 500 words, discussing  the following:

          1.  What are your plans for the future and how has your education helped you achieve your goals?

          2. Think of a project you were involed in to benefit the needs of your community (neighborhood, school, etc.).  What was your personal impact on the project?  How did you carry out the goals of the project?

          3.  How do you intend to have an impact on your community's quality of life in the future?

     
     
    *Application must be submitted by March 15th, 2026 at 11:59pm. NO LATE APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED.
