  • The contract is between the Photographer and the Client as detailed below: 

  • The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session.  If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.

    Sunshine Headshots — $50
    (+ $25 per additional 30 minutes)

    Professional headshot sessions designed to capture the personality and professionalism of your valued employees or team members. Includes a backdrop of your choice.

    60 minute coverage
    2 edited digital images per employee

    Golden Glow Ultra Mini — $30
    A quick and fun session perfect for updated portraits, milestone moments, couples, or little ones.

    15 minute coverage
    5–10 edited digital images

    Sunbeam Mini Session — $75
    A short and sweet session to capture the current season of life for your family. Perfect for couples, families of 4 or less, themed birthdays/events, maternity shoots, graduations, and more.

    For custom birthday or event backdrops, please add $75 to total cost.

    30 minute coverage
    15–20 edited digital images

    Golden Hour Family Session — $125
    A relaxed session created to capture meaningful moments and memories with your loved ones. Ideal for couples, families of 6 or less, themed birthdays/events, and more.

    60 minute coverage
    25–35 edited digital images

  • Client Understanding

  • Pictures take roughly 5-7 days before they are complete. This is merely an estimate depending on current work load.*
  • Sunshine Snaps Photography is Not responsible if children decide they wish not to smile, refuse to look at the camera, or otherwise not amused and uncooperative with the session.*
  • Sunshine Snaps Photography is not responsible for the weather, temperature, terrain, or any/all creatures or insects within the session location.*
  • Images are sent via an online photo gallery to the e-mail listed above. The gallery is designed for delivery purposes only. The client has 2 weeks to download the gallery (if longer time is needed, correspondence is necessary). In the event the client does not download the images in time, a $25 re-uploading fee is required unless otherwise stated. If for any reason you do not want your images delivered to you by an online gallery, a flash drive will be used in its place for an additional $10. Photos are held on hard drives for 6 months. After 6 months I may no longer have access to your images.*
  • You will not have access to every photo taken. RAW images are not delivered, shown, or otherwise a part of any Sunshine Snaps Photography packages.*
  • All galleries are delivered as "photographer's" choice unless otherwise stated. This means THE PHOTOGRAPHER WILL CHOOSE THE IMAGES FOR YOUR GALLERY.*
  • Sunshine Snaps Photography owns copyrights to all images and MUST be credited when sharing any image.*

  • Model Release Form

  • I give permission to Sunshine Snaps Photography to release any photo at their discretion for online marketing and online portrayal, including but not limited to: Facebook pages, Google ads, website, and/or stock images.

  • Photo Session Deposit

  • 25% payment is due prior to session date. This payment is nonrefundable. In an event of weather interference, you will have the option to reschedule.*
  • Full payment is good for (one) re-scheduling date. If needing to reschedule a 2nd time (with the exception of weather interference) an additional deposit of $75 is required upon booking and is NOT included in your session price.*
  • How would you like to pay?*

  • This contract between Sunshine Snaps Photography and Client shall not become effective until it is signed and the initial amount due has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Sunshine Snaps Photography shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that Client cancels the contract for any reason without 24 hour notice, all monies paid shall be retained by Sunshine Snaps Photography in order to offset its loss of business.

    The undersigned have read and understood the contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
