Month-to-month personal training agreements beginning on or after 8/1/2023 are eligible to cancel.
Cancellation will only be accepted via this form and not by phone or email.
Your last draft will be prorated, unless your notice is submitted on your agreement bill cycle.
Unused sessions will expire per the terms of your agreement.
Expired and/or unused training sessions are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.
Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if not used by membership termination date.
