High School Transcript or Equivalent
You must be able to show that you graduated from high school or earned a General Equivalency Certificate (successfully completed a General Educational Development G.E.D. Test) by providing a copy of your high school transcript or equivalent documentation. Please upload at least one of the following documents:
- High School Transcript or Diploma: A copy of your official high school transcript or diploma. Please contact your high school for a copy if you do not have one. If you attended an international high school, please provide a translated copy of your high school transcript.
- College Transcript: If you attended an accredited college (domestic or international), you may upload a copy of an official or unoffical college transcript showing courses and grades received.
- Proof of G.E.D.: A copy of a certificate or other documentation showing you have an earned General Equivalency Certificate (or G.E.D.).

Entrance Exam
Applicants must successfully complete a timed, 30 minute Entrance Exam. The SCIT Entrance Exam measures logic and reasoning skills. There is no preparation needed to take the exam and there are no resources in order to prepare for the exam. After you submit this application, an email will be sent to the email you provided with a link to the exam. Please complete the exam within 3 days of your application submission.

Instructions for Taking the Exam

Please make sure you are in a quiet space with a personal computer to take the exam. Once you click on the exam link, you will be asked to share your screen. Once you share your screen, the exam will be made available to you and you will have 30 minutes to complete the exam. Complete as many questions as you can until the time is up. You may take the exam only once. If you have any questions prior to taking the exam, please contact the Admissions Department at admissions@scitech.edu prior to clicking on the exam link. After submitting the exam, the Admissions Department will review your exam score along with the other elements of your application and provide you with an admissions decision.
Video Recording and Application Submission
Applicants are required to complete an online interview by recording a video response to a prompt. The video response is a maximum of 2 minutes. You may record your video interview by following the link below. The same link will also be emailed to you once you submit your application. Please complete the video interview within 3 days of your application submission.
