This job application is for a contract position as a 1099 indepent contractor to clean commercial buildings in the evenings and/or weekends in Castle Rock.
If hired, you'd have a set building/office that you'd be responsible for cleaning on a regular schedule.
Upkeep Services will supply all the tools and cleaning supplies necesarry.
We pay per job, not per hour. But we estimate that most of our cleaners earn about $25/hr.
