    Skip-a-PT-payment Details:

    ✔️ Skip-a-PT-payment up to 2 times per calendar year. Minimum of 1 month.

    ✔️ Skipping will allow you to catch up on unused sessions.

    ✔️ Maintain PT agreement when traveling or out of town.

    ✔️ Request must be submitted at least 7 days before PT bill date.

    ✔️ $25 processing fee per month, per request.

    ✔️ PT Agreements beginning on or after 8/1/2023 are eligible to skip a payment.

    ✔️ Membership and Personal Training account must be active and in good standing.

    ✔️ Paid in full agreements will not skip payment, but corresponding skip time will be added to session expiration date.

     

    *Fusion sessions not eligible for skip a payment.

    • Unused sessions will expire per the terms of your agreement.
    • Expired and/or unused training sessions are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.
    • Requests for the current month to be 'skipped' made within 7 days of bill date, will be processed for the following month requested.
    • $25 processing fee per month, per request.*
    • Membership and Personal Training account must be active and in good standing.
    • The skip a payment(s) will be in month increments from the bill date of your agreement to the day before the following bill date. (i.e. bill date of the 15th, 15th --> 14th)
    • Skip a payment month does not count toward required billing months to reach discount.
    • If you make a simultaneous request to cancel or an overlapping request to cancel while skipping a payment, your submission date for your 30-day notice will be the day after the skip a payment ends. (i.e. bill date of the 15th, 15th --> 14th, submission date of cancellation is 15th)
    • Your next monthly PT billing will resume after the skipped payment(s).

    *If PT agreement was paid in full, as in no reocurruring billings, the corresponding skip time will be added to session expiration date. Processing fee(s) be billed to account on file when request is processed.
