We look for a diverse and inclusive group of Change Leaders in every She Creates Change cohort. The intent is simple. We want the collective to also represent people from communities that are usually not represented.

The She Creates Change program is centred around social activism using digital platforms. To ensure that you are able to receive the full benefit of this program, we would like to know about your basic language and digital skills. 

There are many underrepresented and marginalised communities in our country. Many of them face discrimination and a lack of opportunities due to their gender identity and sexual orientation, socio-economic status, physical ability, religion or caste. 

She Creates Change is committed to creating an equitable platform that puts renewed focus on these communities and their needs. We would like to know more about your thoughts about these communities, and your personal connection with them.

Most applicants to She Creates Change come with a background of social work or activism. The need to see positive social change often translates to some kind of action to help the community around you.

We would love to know your vision and your stories of the people you work with and work for. This will help us understand your priorities and the actions you have taken so far towards them.

We will be asking you some questions about campaign ideas you might have already had on this change you would like to create (or are already working on and would like to take online). This will help us understand how we can help you in your campaigning journey.
