I,First Name* Last Name* , hereby grant Rachael Rose, legally known as Rachael Zinman, as well as Genetic Lemon and its representatives, employees, and assigns (collectively referred to as "the Artist") am providing photographs to the Artist and grant the Artist the irrevocable right and permission to use my likeness(es) in the artworks the Artist creates, in any form, including but not limited to digital, print, video, and online media, for any lawful purposes, without further compensation or notification. I grant the Artist permission to post in-progress and finished artwork derived from my likeness(es) on social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. I understand that once posted, these images may be viewed and shared by other users on these platforms.

I confirm that I am above the age of 18 years and that I have the legal right to share the images provided to the Artist.

I understand and agree that the original images provided will only be viewed by the Artist and will not be disclosed to any third parties without my prior written consent. I understand will not be identified as the model for the Artist's work publicly unless written permission is granted below.

I understand that by providing these images, I grant the Artist the authority to create artwork derived from them.

I acknowledge and agree that this release is perpetual and shall remain in effect indefinitely. This means that the Artist will have the right to use my image(s) and likeness(es) as described above without any time limitations.

I acknowledge that the Artist retains all rights to the finished artwork created from or inspired by the shared images. I understand that the Artist may reproduce, distribute, display, and sell the artwork without any further obligation to me, the model.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Artist, their representatives, employees, and assigns from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of my image(s) and likeness(es) as described in this release.

I certify that I have read and understood the contents of this release form, and I am fully aware of its legal consequences. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Pieces take between 4-6 weeks to complete, but we aim to get them done as quickly as possible. If you need this piece in less than 3 weeks, please message me on Etsy or email me at hello@geneticlemon.com to discuss a rush fee.

Printing Options

I'm happy to print the final artwork as either a fine art print or canvas on your behalf. I use a wonderful printing service for this, however, printing does take extra time for printing. The printing company estimates 5 days for printing and 5-10 for shipping within the US. Artwork Preferences & Images

You must own the rights to any photos you send me (and/or have permission from the photographer), and EVERYONE in the photo will need to sign this model release. Please send between 3-5 images to choose from, and the artist will select the option they feel works best. For the best results, please send high quality images with good lighting (good natural lighting works great!) Explicit/kinky images are allowed.
If there's anyone else in the image, please include their name and email address so they can fill out this form. I will not be able to begin working on the artwork until everyone has filled out the form.

Artwork Style Preferences

If you do not want your whole face in the artwork, it will not be included. Otherwise, the Artist will do the best to meet your preferences, but may need to make deviate from those preferences to make the piece work based on your reference photos. Please see examples below for reference.
