If after the consultation, you wish to use Courtsplayxplay for assistance with creating a personalized workout plan, monies are due up front before the workout plan has been established and researched. If you are participating in a workout plan, you acknowledge that all workout plans will be conducted on your own and at your own pace unless otherwise stated. Workout plans are conducted separately from one-on-one workout sessions. Courtney Montgomery is not liable for any injuries occurred during your workout. These workouts should not be used as an alternative for medical advice.
