Advanced Classes Application

A Laser Hair Removal license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is required before performing a laser hair removal service. There are 4 levels of licensing.

 

Level One -$1000 Laser Apprentice-In-Training – Proof of the 40 Hour Laser Hair Removal Training Certificate 

 

Level Two -$550, Laser Upgrade from Apprentice to Technician – Log sheets of 100 Procedures supervised by a Senior Laser Hair Removal Technician or Laser Hair Removal Professional

 

Level Three -$550 Laser Upgrade from Technician to Senior Technician – Log sheets of direct supervision of 100 Procedures, as audited by a Professional

 

Level Four- Laser Upgrade from Senior Technician to Professional – Submit proof of passing a department-approved examination through an approved. This level is currently not offered at our faciality.  Michele Eades of AALP is our recommendation for this license. (512) 897-0088

 

*Level One and Level Two are bundled together so you can recieve a licnese that allows you to preform unsupervised treatments as soon as possible. The Cost is $1550 for this bundle

*A payment is not required upon completion of this application, but a downpayment will be required to hold your position in a class.

 

*Interest Free Payment plans are available, however all classes must be paid in full before the start date and 20% downpayments are NON REFUNDABLE 

 

*Bundle Discounts are available by paying for the following classes upfront, Laser Hair Removal, Body Contouring, Dermaplaning, Microneedling and Lash Lift/Brow Lamination. Once paid, You will be able to schedule your classes according to whatever start date works best for you. The cost of the complete Bundle is $4500, a $675 savings!

*You must be a licensed professional, in Block 2 of our Esthetics 750 program or have passed the esthetics portion of our Cosmetology 1000 program to take our dermaplaning and microneedling classes.

 

*Most presecriptive services, such as microneedling, dermaplaning laser hair removal, IPL, etc, require the liability insurance of an medical doctor and purchase of device to be successful after taking any class.
