2. To prevent you from being overwhelmed with letters/calls from multiple prisoners, we only connect you with 1 incarerated pen pal per pen pal Participant Application that you submit. If youu wish to communicate with more than 1 pen pal, you may submit your application, then use the "Contact Us" link to inform us by email of the number of pen pals you would like to correspond with.

3. As a measure of privacy protection, we do not post any of the information on our website that you provide in your in your Pen Pal Particiant Application, nor do we disclose your information to any other businesses or services. The information that you provide is solely used to assist us in connecting with a compatible pen pal.

4. Please be aware that mail fraud is a Crime pursaunt to title 18 USC § 1341. Although rare, there has been some reports of pen pal particiants deliberately seeking to deceive prisoners by providing false photos, lying about their gender or sexual orientation, and falsely claiming to need money from their incarcerated pen pal for things such as travel and lodging cost to visit them. Anyone reported and caught prepetrading mail fraud will be banned from our services and may be reported to law enforcement for prosecution. If you are the victim of mail fraud, please contact us immediately and we will send you information on reporting the crime. We are dedicated to the safeguard of our reputation and yours.
