Important Changes

to Our Meeting Times and Dates

4K-5K Christian Formation (Catechesis of the Good Shepherd) will take place on Sunday mornings or during the week in small groups. We will contact you to schedule these sessions.

Grades 1-5 Christian Formation will remain on Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:15 AM.

Middle School Christian Formation (EDGE) will take place on Wednesday Nights.

High School Christian Formation (LifeTeen) will take place on Sunday Nights.
High School Youth Ministry Only

9 & 10 Grade Parents: Our high school program will be moving to Sunday nights 6:00-8:00pm (2 Sundays a month) if this day and/or time does not work with your schedule - please reach out to KC Kranich and we will work to find another option for faith formation.

11th Grade Parents: Our Confirmation program will be small group based - meeting days/time/location will be based on small group availability.

12th Grade Parents: We would encourage your students to join us for continued faith formation. 12th grade formation will be small group based and content will be topics determined by the small group.
6-12th Grade Parents: Sharing contact information for your children allows us to be in contact with them. All communications (email, text, etc.) always include parents.

Full time catechists receive tuition waivers, but are asked to pay the sacramental preparation fees. Please enter $90 for each child who will receive First Reconciliation/Eucharist this year.

General Consent Form for Child Photo, Video and Audio Use

Your submission of this registration form includes consent for us to use photos, video and/or audio recordings in accord with Archdiocesan policies. The completed form will be emailed to you and you may withdraw this consent at anytime.
