    Welcome to the Hair by Renee, LLC Salon Family! I can’t wait to meet you soon. All new guests start working with me here with a digital consultation form.  This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during the office hours of my work week which is Tues-Fri.  All requests submitted Saturday-Monday will be responded to on Tuesday.   • SERVICE RE-DO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.   Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.  Please select below if you agree to these terms and would like to continue with services.*
  • FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.  Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.*
  • ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION: I agree to receiving electronic communication from Hair by Renee, LLC in any form, including but not limited to text, email, and messaging through social media platforms. I understand message and data rates may apply and that I am responsible for any charges I incur as a result from allowing use of said electronic communication. I may request in writing at any time to be removed from receiving this electronic communication. Upon receiving my request to be removed from electronic communication, I agree to allow Hair by Renee, LLC 48 business hours Monday through Friday 10 am to 4 pm to remove me from the aforementioned electronic communications systems.*
  • By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote if a slot is available. (If by chance you are submitting this form after I have accepted your appointment request, I will update you with any changes that may need to be made to your appointment to give you the result you're looking for.)


    Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.


    Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

     
    I understand that Hair by Renee, LLC has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.

  • I really wish we could move forward with services, but I feel like we're not clicking and we don't seem to be on the same page. I can see that we're both trying and I think we both have to agree that we're not a good fit for each other. I'm going to suggest that you find a different stylist.
