Prior to submission, please ensure the following is ready for upload as you will not be able to save the form to complete later:
Troop retains copies of documentation above plus Girl Scout and Adult Responsibility Agreements, white copies of product/money receipts, and physical copies of all bank deposit receipts. Council can ask for any or all copies of the aforementioned documents.
