PLEASE NOTE: ONLY immediate family members living in the same household are permitted to attend for the weekend. There is a Saturday only option that is open to extended family members this year, although that does not include a hotel room.
Per FAMOhio's policy, all families will have their registration confirmed by their local HTC and/or Chapter. By registering you are giving permission to confirm this information. If you have questions about this policy please send a note to FAMOhioInfo@gmail.com prior to registering.
Once your registration is confirmed and your fee has been paid, you will be sent documents via email that must be filled out and returned in order to finalize your registration.
The cost to attend is $75 for one hotel room (up to 4 family members who live in the same household) or $150 for two hotel rooms (up to 8 family members who live int the same household). There is also a Saturday option that costs $35 (up to 4 family members).

Each year, nearly 400 adults and children in the bleeding disorder community from across Ohio come together to share an incredible weekend of education, activities, networking and fun! FAMOHIO, Inc. starts its planning each calendar year, meeting quarterly or as needed, to develop the best weekend possible.
In exchange for this deeply discounted registration fee, attendance at Education Sessions is MANDATORY for all attendees. Individuals who fail to attend the Education Sessions may not be invited back the following year.
Meals, lodging, and activities for all registered family members will be covered by your registration fee - any additional hotel charges for example, room service, phone calls, video rentals, etc. are the responsibility of the attendees.
The registration deadline is Friday, July 21, 2022. Any registration postmarked or received online after that date will be placed on a waiting list and may not be accepted based on space limitations. If you are placed on a waiting list you will be notified if we have a cancellation.

Hotel policy limits each room to 4 people. If your immediate family has 5 or more members you must choose that option when registering. Sorry, no exceptions!
Also, per hotel policy: A Credit or Debit Card will be required when you check in at the hotel for any incidentals. PLEASE NOTE: Use of a debit/check card as payment for your incidentals will immediately place a hold on funds in your checking account. The amount of the authorization/hold requested will be approximately $50 per day. Your financial institution may continue to hold these funds for 3-5 business days after you check-out. Neither FAMOHIO nor the hotel can accept responsibility for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on debit/credit card accounts.

You will only need to submit ONE registration per family.
We will offer childcare programs at the hotel for infants (3 months-36 months), children (37 months-6 years & potty trained), youth (7-9), youth (10-12), teens (13-17), and young adults (18-22). To guarantee your child has a space in the activities throughout the weekend, you must register your child by July 22nd.
Registration for children, youth, and teens will NOT be accepted after July 22nd without prior approval that you may be registering late.
For those parents with infants, please note there will be no hotel cribs to use during the weekend.
BACK this year: Saturday ONLY option. The cost is $35 per family, up to 4 people, and includes all meals, Educational Sessions and evening activity at the hotel on Saturday night. This does NOT include a Hotel room.
Once registered and your information has been verified by your HTC and/or local Chapter you will be sent forms for childcare registration that MUST be mailed/emailed or filled out online by July 29th. Please complete a separate form for each child who will be attending. Please make additional copies if needed.
If you prefer to mail in a check instead of using a credit card please send an email to FAMOhioInfo@gmail.com and you will be sent registration forms. You should not need to set up a special account to pay, if you have issues please contact FAMOHIOInfo@gmail.com asap.
