My child has had a physical and is cleared for participation for baseball
I, in no way, will hold the coaches and instructors liable in case of injury or SCHS
I will be required to provide proof of insurance. Please text a copy to camp administrator 727-810-2260 to save time at check in.
My child will need to have eaten breakfast and arrive by 7:45 each morning and picked up Promptly at 12pm when camp is over.
ALL Campers will NEED their own Glove, Hat, Helmet, Cleats & a bag to keep up with their belongings. HIGHLY SUGGESTED ITEMS: Bat, Sunscreen, Swim Trunks, Personal Water Bottle, Towel, Change of Clothes.
Each Camper will have access to water cooler all day. There will be a midmorning Sack Brunch to refuel, but sending extra snacks for your child is encouraged.
I will arrive as early as 7:30 on the first day of camp to sign waivers & provide proof of insurance, or I will text 727-810-2260 to make other arrangements before the first day of camp. or if I have any questions regarding camp.
I understand that I may be called and my child removed from camp if they become verbally or physically aggressive with other campers or staff and that the removal of a camper is the sole descretion of the coach.
All campers will receive a Season Pass to all regular season SC Baseball Games for the 2027 Baseball Season for Home Games and all campers who register and ,make their payment by the July 1st deadline will be guaranteed a Tshirt for their camper, However we cant guarantee Shirts for late registrations.
The DISCOUNTED cost for Sibling Camper is $40 for an additional sibling, the first camper will be $75 or $50 per day if you can not attend the 3 days. Venmo QR CODE BELOW to @SCHSBaseballBooster or pay with cash or check at the registration table on the first morning of your arrival. Please put your child's first and last name on the payment when paying with VENMO or check.
The Location of the Camp will be the SCHS HIgh School Field located at: 500 3rd Ave E. Carthage, TN
