Mi impegno ad utilizzare l'attrezzatura nel modo corretto e a riportarla nello stesso stato in cui mi è stata consegnata.

In caso di:

• rottura accidentale,
• smarrimento,
• danneggiamento per uso improprio o mancato rispetto delle regole,

mi impegno a rimborsare il costo del danno secondo la stima fornita dalla scuola.

 📌 I costi possono variare leggermente in base al modello e alla marca dell’attrezzatura fornita. Il valore finale sarà indicato dallo staff al momento della valutazione del danno.

Regole di sicurezza e uso corretto dell'attrezzatura

Dichiaro di aver ricevuto e compreso le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza:

• L’uso del leash e del giubbotto salvagente è obbligatorio durante tutta l’attività.
• È vietato praticare SUP quando non consentito dall'istruttore o in condizioni meteo avverse (vento forte, onde alte, temporali).
• È responsabilità dell’utente rispettare le norme di navigazione e gli altri utenti in acqua.
• In caso di difficoltà, è obbligatorio rientrare immediatamente o segnalare agli istruttori.
• È vietato lasciare incustodita l'attrezzatura durante l'attività.

SCARICO DI RESPONSABILITÀ

Con la presente:

• Sollevo la scuola di SUP, i suoi istruttori e collaboratori da ogni responsabilità civile e penale per infortuni, danni a persone o cose che possano derivare da un uso scorretto dell’attrezzatura o dal mancato rispetto delle indicazioni ricevute.
• Dichiaro di essere in buone condizioni psicofisiche, di saper nuotare e di essere consapevole dei rischi connessi alla pratica del SUP.

Equipment Damage Responsibility

I agree to compensate for any loss, breakage, or damage to the equipment caused by:

• Improper use
• Failure to follow instructions
• Negligence or carelessness
• Total or partial loss of the equipment

I acknowledge that I will be required to reimburse the costs listed in the “Costs in Case of Damage, Loss, or Improper Use” table provided by the school.

 📌 Costs may vary, depending on the model and brand of equipment provided. The final value will be assigned by the staff at the time of damage assessment.

SAFETY RULES & PROPER EQUIPMENT USE

I declare that:

• I am aware that paddleboarding (SUP) is a water sport that involves physical exertion and balance.
• I know how to swim and am in adequate physical condition to participate.
• I commit to always wearing a life jacket.
• I commit to using the equipment responsibly and exclusively for the intended activity.
• I will follow the instructions given by the instructors or rental staff.
• I will immediately report any problems, damage, or malfunctions to the staff.
• It is forbidden to leave unattended the equipment during the activity.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I hereby release A.S.D. Move Out and its instructors/staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur during lessons or equipment use, provided they are not due to proven gross negligence by the staff.

I take full responsibility for my conduct during the activity and for any damage I may cause to myself, third parties, or the equipment
